The shortlist is stored in your browser so it can remain available when you return on the same device. Enquiry composers assemble text locally in the page. They do not upload attachments, submit a hosted contact form or look up private orders. Opening an email draft transfers the text you choose to your email application; sending that message is a separate action under your control.
