Home / How it works

From order to door

Veltrix takes the order and is your point of contact. A print-on-demand partner produces and ships it, and Veltrix holds no stock.

01

Production begins with a specific order

Print on demand is the business model described for Veltrix: a production partner makes and ships each order, and Veltrix does not hold stock. It is useful to distinguish selecting a garment, agreeing the order, making it and sending the parcel. Each step answers a different question about what is being supplied and where it is in the process.

02

Keep production and transit separate

The time needed to make a garment is different from the time a carrier takes to deliver it. Before relying on an occasion date, ask about both parts of the journey and the destination. Keep the product details and correspondence together so that any later question can refer to the same garment, artwork and agreed order information.
