When a garment is needed for an event, explain the event date and delivery destination at the start of the conversation. Production time and parcel transit are separate parts of the schedule. A countdown shows how far away your date is; it cannot establish whether a particular order can arrive in time. Ask for a specific assessment before relying on it.
For a particular order, check the delivery address, the service being used, any tracking arrangements and the charges disclosed before purchase. Keep the dispatch information when it arrives. If a parcel seems delayed, include the order reference and the latest carrier information when contacting Veltrix so the question can be considered against the relevant shipment.
