A useful brief begins with the garment, the artwork and where you want the print. Describe the mood, colours and approximate placement in ordinary words. If you have a date in mind, include it so the conversation can address timing before you make plans around it. The brief composer helps collect those details without requiring you to prepare a technical production file.
Say whether you created the artwork or have permission from its owner. Explain any text exactly as you want it written, including punctuation. Attach reference files in your email app and identify what each file illustrates. Ask Veltrix to confirm the available options, price and next step before treating a concept, quantity or production arrangement as agreed.
