An order may be being prepared before a parcel exists. A production update and a carrier update therefore describe different events. Read the wording of the message you received and keep its date. The status guide explains common terms; it does not connect to a carrier or retrieve private order information.
Include the order reference, the email used for the order and the last update you received. If you have a carrier tracking link, check that it belongs to the expected parcel and include the relevant event in your message. Avoid sending payment-card details or passwords. The email composer helps you organise the request without publishing your order information on this page.
